Take a walk, if it's not too cold where you are. Go outside and watch the beauty of the night. This always helps me whenever I feel particularly alone. The moon, the stars, the sound of crickets and the steady flashing of the red light on the cell tower. I don't know if you have anything like this where you live, but I find that they cheer me up.
