That would actually make sense, in theory.

Like in the previous episode the NEET (or Hikikomori, idk) was sent to Dubai but he came back a working man (implied).

There are thousands, if not millions, of NEETs/Hikikomoris in Japan. If all of them started working than in theory the country's economy would improve.

That being said while it sounds good on paper it would be horrible in practice, there are only so many jobs available so if millions suddenly attempt to go to the workforce it would be disastrous.
