takes priority above all, never stop observing. Practicing aimlessly
gets you nowhere if you can't find the flaws in your drawings and try
to correct them. And as a beginner it's a good method to find a few
artist with a style you like and imitate it, just don't worry about
developing your own style yet, it'll come naturally as you step away
from requiring references when drawing. |
