The Melody of Oblivion comes to mind. First episode or two seemed really interesting because of how surreal all the badies were, but nothing became of it.

There was this other show i watched... It was complete crap, forgettable, and I can't remember its name: Can any other anon?

It was a 13 episode anime with a school setting, but it kind of had this ephemeral theme of "The passing of time", except none of it made any sense. All the episodes were disjointed and inane, one of them had a character motorbiking through some kind of apocalypse world and talking to people. There was an old guy fishing, and the school had a bell tower, which was all broken and falling down in the "future", which was looking back on the rest of the series. Oh, the biker guy was in a lighthouse at one point.

... Damn, that description makes it sound pretty good. Rest assured that it is not.
