Issues to consider: admins basically did a "fake" quarantine where they still allow the sub to see their own traffic and to crosspost. On the other hand, it's probably a misstep to try to push them immediately after they took this action, since we're more likely to get kneejerk pushback if we move too soon. Personally I'm on the fence, but think we should revisit in a week. (edited)

I think our best course of action at this moment is to just report as many offshoot subreddits that we can find to r/reddit.com and to chtorrr's inbox.

to clarify, the first step of the protest is stickying a letter. optimally, you'll restrict your subreddit for 4-6 hours beforehand so that the letter has a higher chance of reaching r/all
