Because of how scrambled and processed this sample is, it’s hard to tell what the voice is saying. This has made it almost impossible to hunt down. Currently one of the most sought after samples of the soundtrack due to how integral it is.

Full phrase seems to sound similar to “So how’s about we put eight hours on the clock?”
