Most of it is not proof but just wild claims.

The pipes are the only piece of evidence for it.

But the railing seems to indicate it's a place where people actually go, and there's no pipes that actually connect to the level entrance.

iirc the invite was disabled because a similar server was in some kind of danger and they wanted to avoid risking that server as well. could be entirely wrong though

Does anyone have an idea of what CG program could have produced images such as this?

(Top is from a wallpaper site, this crop is from a digital archive japan stock image)

They all have this telltale style, skyboxes, and water, and these same computery bits as a seemingly default material (edited)

It doesn't look quite like POV Ray to me but that's the only thing I can think of

It's not the towers necessarily, just the...look, I suppose

It's emblematic in a specific style of reflection you could see if I posted more, the skies (as I said), that same stock texture...
