New texture match, though I can't find the original source image, the Sozaijiten link takes me to a search engine on the site, but from the small preview, this is 100% the source texture (Used in Outer Space)

Used on the high score stage, found this by reverse image searching the Monkey Ball texture, took me to a Redbubble page with this design, dunno where this texture originates sadly (edited)

Unlikley since Monkey Ball was developed by amusement visions rather than sega in house

the same teams in sega often reused stuff (nights and sonic adventure concept art for instance) but i wouldn't think AV would because they were separate still at the time

obv wouldnt be reusing textures from other games directly, but AV likely did have access to SEGA's internal library of stock stuff, since they use a lot of the same discs. then again, maybe that's just what was mainly in circulation at the time
