Description

Photograph of Khalid al-Mihdhar, which was circulated by the FBI following the September 11 attacks, as the FBI was seeking further information from the public about him. Photograph is from Mihdhar's Virginia drivers' license, obtained on August 1, 2001, although Mihdhar never lived in Virginia and obtained it illegally.
