     SUBJECT:            SIGN-UP for ADDITIONAL TRAINING

     It is now, and has always been our policy to assure our
     employees are well trained.  Through our Special High
     Intensity Training program (S.H.I.T.), we have given
     our employees more S.H.I.T. than any other company in
     the area.

     If any employee feels that he or she does not receive
     enough S.H.I.T. on the job, or that he or she could
     advance to another position by taking more S.H.I.T., see
     your supervisor.

     Our management people are especially trained to assure
     you that you will get all the S.H.I.T. you can handle!

     An individual who feels he has not received sufficient
     Special High Intensity Training, please tell your super-
     visor so he can put you on top of his S.H.I.T. list.
