Well they did it again. After the July publishing of Port Security plans for Tacoma, I was assured by the TSA, FBI NJCTTF, and the Coast Guard that it wouldn't happen again. Well it did. Yesterday I found the Expansion plans for the Port of Tacoma and plans for the ferry Docks at Vashon and Anacortes on the same website.
