Michael John Smith writes:

I am now sending you an almost complete set of police witness statements from my case. These are the "used" statements and they give a good idea of what the witnesses for the prosecution were planning to say in Court. This shows how the Official Secrets Act prosecution was prepared, which I have not previously seen in the public domain.

I also attach an index of these statements arranged into subject areas. It is difficult splitting the statements into exact groupings, but it does help to understand the evidence by organising it in the way it was presented at trial.

I hope this will assist anyone who wishes to study my case from a legal viewpoint.
