RE: PGP Corporation / Intellectual Property Violation

Dear Mr. Young,

PGP Corporation ("PGP") is the owner of PGP security software products, including those on your website: http://jya.com/pgpfree/ (the "Proprietary Software"). Any reproduction or distribution of the Proprietary Software is permitted only upon PGP's prior written consent.

It has come to PGP's attention that you have reproduced and distributed the Proprietary Software, including posting such materials on the above-named website, without PGP's prior written consent. Such action is in direct violation of PGP's intellectual property rights in the Proprietary Software.

PGP demands that you cease all reproduction and distribution of the Proprietary Software and immediately remove the Proprietary Software from any an all websites (including http://jya.com/pgpfree/).

We anticipate your immediate attention to this matter.

Very truly yours,

PGP Corporation

[Signed]

Brian Davies, General Counsel
