Neither Hong Kong nor China are members of the Wassenaar Arrangment;
however, the HKSAR Government regulations tend to, er, mirror the W.A.

international export control regimes, namely the Australia Group, Chemical
Weapons Convention, Missile Technology Control Regime, Nuclear Suppliers'
