Subject: Government moves to dismiss my case


The government has (again) moved to dismiss my lawsuit against
(this time, the Commerce Dept) challenging their classification of
the Applied Cryptography floppy disk as a controlled Encryption Item
even though the same text is freely exportable in book form.
