The Joint Spectrum Center (JSC) has assembled leading experts in spectrum planning, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)/vulnerability (EMV), electromagnetic environmental effects (E3), information systems (IS), modeling and simulation, operations support, and system acquisition to provide complete, spectrum related services to the CINCs, Military Services, and other Government organizations.

• The JSC's Spectrum Planning services can assist you with spectrum planning, spectrum certification, and frequency assignment planning. Included is the latest information about JSMSw and SPECTRUM XXI.

• The JSC's System Acquisition Support services increase the odds for successful acquisition and deployment of spectrum-dependent systems.

• The JSC's Modeling and Simulation area provides the expertise and automated capabilities for the prediction and evaluation of electromagnetic environmental effects (E3).

• The JSC's Operational Support provides direct spectrum management and interference resolution support to the warfighter.

• The JSC's Information Systems services develop and maintain the databases, E3 tools, and battlefield spectrum management systems used by our warfighting forces.

• The JSC's Joint DoD E3 Program implements the policies of DoD Directive 3222.3 and the functions and responsibilities of the JSC in support of ASD (C3I) and the Joint Chiefs of Staff (J-6).
