We are pleased to invite you to our London Conference on Digital 
Signatories and Trusted Third Parties at One Whitehall Place, 
Westminster, London SW1A 2HD on Thursday, 19th February 1998.

The objective of this one-day ICX Event is to show how security, 
technical, legal and regulatory blockages to business can be removed 
to enable efficient and cost effective secure electronic trading. 

ICX believes that only by all interested parties working together to 
develop common practical methods and procedures will trust be built 
up in electronic commerce.  ICX provides a forum whereby large, 
medium and small businesses can learn about and contribute to the 
very latest work that is being done in this area and can network and 
share views with like minded business people. With support from the 
European Commission, the ICX forum is working with consumers, 
industry and government communities to facilitate secure electronic 
commerce over Open Networks such as the Internet. ICX is a not for 
profit organisation.
