The meeting will be open to the public. Notice of this meeting is required under the Federal Advisory Committee Act, (Pub. L. 92-463). DATES: March 11, 1998. ADDRESSES: NSF Board Room (Room 1235), National Science Foundation, 4201 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22230. PROPOSED SCHEDULE AND AGENDA: The Presidential Advisory Committee will meet in open session from approximately 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on March 11, 1998. This meeting will include briefings from the Highend Subcommittee and the Broadbased Subcommittee, and update on the activities of the Next Generation Internet initiative, and an interim status report on the past and future activities of this Committee. Time will also be allocated during the meeting for public comments by individuals and organizations.
