Four World Trade Center This letter serves to alert you that there is extensive security at the World Trade Center Site, and it is important that you understand and prepare for the extra steps and time it will take to get into the building. New protocols have been established for delivery of bids and proposals. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID to enter Four World Trade Center (4 WTC.) All packages and envelopes are subject to security screening. In addition, there is no parking available at 4 WTC/150 Greenwich Street, and parking in the surrounding area is extremely limited. In addition, you must follow the specific instructions given within each specific bid or Request for Proposal, which you will find in each solicitation and on our website.
