I apologize for the delayed response. Please see the below not that was distributed to our Patrons and posted to our website. Thank you.

Best,

Pat

TOS Director

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Our ability to serve the Operators and their Families is based upon a level of trust placed in us by the Operators, their Families, and You. Without this trust, we will fail in our mission to serve those who quietly serve our country.

With this in mind, the mention of Tip of the Spear Foundation in the recently released book, "No Easy Day: The Firsthand Account of the Mission That Killed Osama Bin Laden," is troubling and was done without our consent. The Foundation takes very seriously the protection of the men and the mission, and we will not accept any donations that are generated from the book or any related activities.

Like those we serve, the Tip of the Spear Foundation works best behind the scenes, seeking impact over recognition. We will continue to operate in a manner consistent with the values held by the quiet professionals and families we support.

Thank you for your time and continued support. We look forward to crossing paths again soon.

Always ready / Always Willing,

TOS Board of Directors

Patrick Dossett
