Corey "Xyrix" Barnhill, Michael "Virus" Nieves and Justin "Null" Perras are hacker-thugs suspected of repeatedly trashing Cryptome.org, John Young's email, and John Young's LAN on and about 2 October 2010.

"Xyrix" a/k/a "Ruxpin" crowed about Cryptome thuggery to Wired reporter Kim Zetter in conjunction with Wired's long-running promotional campaign for security product advertisers to encourage hacker-thuggish security breaches.

[Mea culpa caveat: Cryptome with many others has an even longer-running campaign debunking the leviathans of national security advertising in the media to encourage national security breaches, even wars, by valorizing and monetizing them. Wired's vainglorious "Danger Room" and "Threat Level" are punk-thuggeries among the globally organized threat-news promoters becoming rich racketeering national security and "inside sources not authorized to speak due to the sensitivity of the topic." So too are pipsqueak faux secretkeepers like Wikileaks, tiny garblers of source protection preening for notice among the slickly PR'ed whistleblowers, FOI activists and anti-war bleaters among other war-loving "humanitarians." The hacker-thugs are regular cohorts in thuggery and online braggardy about it. They engage in no other Real Life activity. None can hold a legal job due to incompetence and compulsive thuggery 24/7, their only accomplishment for they lack courage for physically dangerous acts. "Null" has been imprisoned for computer thuggery and "Virus" has been charged and released as inept and under-age. "Xyrix" a pig-kisser sneakily hiding behind the other two, for now.

"Pig-kissing," derived from female, male and transexual prostitution and prison slang, is a euphemism for police informant, protection against prosecution, being hired or threatened to foment distrust among targets, a lightly-coded braggardy and compliment among practitioners, a term of contempt by police except those who are pig-kissers themselves. "Xyrix" appears to be the ringleader of the Cryptome thuggery based on his Unwarranted Self Important putdown of those he believes to be of lesser intelligence, articulateness, technical abilities and punishment avoidance -- skills likely learned abusing his school teaching mom. "Virus" is a skilled whiner, in his family tradition, adept at pleading mental and emotional dysfunction and blaming others for tricking a gullible minority to avoid punishment and to exploit the neglected child's dole. Technically inept but a crafty social engineer who pretends to be a hapless Latino tweenie or his "sickly" mother, sister, aunts, uncles, and cousins, advised by an extended gang of unemployable homies who swap tips on scamming welfare, friends and family. Reported to be an everready sexual bucket for the monstrous "Xyrix" for pocket change and available to other beefy mentors. "Null" is a neuter, a mule, a petty thief gelding, a freak to his family who will cooperate with law enforcement to try to control his addiction to bizarre behavior and blame shifting dysfunction.
