How many half pint jars can be innoculated per pf syringe?

You should get 10.
1/4 cc per hole(4 holes in each jar) x 10 = 10 cc.
Each syringe contains 10 cc of spore solution.

If you use nans karo tek, theoretically you can do over 100 syringes from one, which equals about...1000 jars or so...

as far as the honey/kayro syrup tek goes you can get lots more innoculations done per spore syringe but I have heard pretty consistantly that to assure a good shooting, 4-5 cc's are recommended. I sometimes do as many as 6cc's so when I load up my syringes from mycellial water I put 12 cc's in em' and do 2 or 3 quart jars with one syringe. Usually 2 though. Out of 100ml of water I do 10 jars and with the results of my efforts with the substrate, it's a good thing I have the honey water to work with.

Does using more spore water from a pf syringe, say 2cc's as opposed to 1cc, speed up colonization.
and will fruiting be anymore abundant?
I'm growing them using quotes invitro tek. Any help would be appreciated!

There has been some discussion that this practice increases the speed of colonization while consuming large numbers of sterile spores.
