Heh, our techs go one better ... not only is your birthday your initial 
pass, but there are big signs up saying "if that doesn't work try 'qwerty' "
... oh, and numerous dept. passwords are fixed as the one you were given at 
the start of the year by being shown a piece of paper with the whole 
classes user:passes on, because you don't have the rights to change them ...

Did I mention the Novell directory admin tools left usable by anyone on a 
public share, which they probably think is safe because they've 
policy-edited away explorer, cmd.exe and file:// URLs in IE? Sigh.
