Why does anyone need $40 million for a party?  I heard that's how much 
the inaugaration (or however you spell it) cost yesterday.  You know, in 
college, parties for our fraternity usually costed about $500 for "gas" 
(code for beer).  And that was a LOT of beer.  My wedding had almost as 
much booze AND a DJ AND food, but it still didn't approach the $40 
million mark.  Quite frankly, I can't picture a much better party than 
that.  So what the hell?
