1 sm onion 1 lb carrots 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp packed brown sugar 1 tbsp corn starch 3 or 4 tbsp water 1) Dice onion and cook with oil in pan, cook until a little brown 2) Slice carrots at 45 or 60 degree angle 3) Throw in carrots and let cook a little 4) Mix everything up in a bowl and leave on side.
