The NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) Distributed Active Archive Center
(DAAC) provides data sets pertaining to the hydrologic cycle FREE OF CHARGE! 
Included in the data sets are satellite images.  If any one is interested in
finding out about the current data set holdings at the DAAC, there are several
ways to access that information.  You can use the WWW to access our home page
details at the following URL:  http://wwwdaac.msfc.nasa.gov.  You can use the
on-line access the Information Management System (IMS) by:  telnet
eosims.msfc.nasa.gov 12345  (the 12345 is necessary!!).  Or you can contact the
User Services Office directly at the contact information listed below.  

The MSFC DAAC has a wide variety of data sets and images available for order.
