This list selected World-wide Web (WWW) Sites which contains geographical
informations. Note that these sites are only accessible via RS6000 account.
To access, type LYNX {site address below}. Lynx is a text based WWW browser
that cannot display images.

Our university have installed an images WWW browser NetScape in the campus
LAN. Users within the campus can access NetScape by selecting from the
Novell Server main menu.

For home user have dial-up access permission on this system, can install
a browser named SlipKnot in your home computer, which will allow you to
access and view WWW pages with image right at home. SlipKnot can be find
in ftp.cs.cuhk.edu.hk.

Please also refer to the "Geography Resources and References" sub-menu for
other possible WWW Sites.

Our department have now setted up our own WWW Server for Geographic Resources
Center, and most of the sites lists under this menu will be insert into our
Server pages in the near future. The URL address for out Server is
