is being maintained at the WWW site: http://triton.cms.udel.edu/~oliver/.
A text version is available via anonymous ftp at triton.cms.udel.edu,
/pub/gislist.txt (please note that the pwd and ls commands do not work).
The text version is generated automatically once every month from the 
html documents which are updated fairly regularly.
