HyperCard is a software package for Macintosh computers that allows one to organize text and graphics in a flexible way. The purpose of this project is to put widely-used information on a HyperCard stack so that businessmen, civil servants, scholars, and others can easily assess it. Graphical display and statistical analysis will be used to enhance and interpret the raw data. A final version of the software has been completed. Cluster analysis, principal component analysis, correspondence analysis, regression, and spatial auto-correlation techniques have been used. New dimension reduction techniques for census data have been developed. Dr. Frederick J.
