QTL Cartographer v 1.15d is now available from ftp://statgen.ncsu.edu/pub/qtlcart

This version of QTL Cartographer fixes a few bugs associated with analyzing data
with missing phenotypes.   

Version 1.15d also adds some new translation possibilites in Rcross.  You can
now output R, Splus, SAS and Plabqtl files for use with those programs.  The R/Splus
and SAS output files also have embedded commands to do ANOVA analyses of each trait
on each marker and categorical trait.  See the manual for details.  Rcross can also
input Plabqtl data files.  

Please contact me if you find any obvious bugs in the programs.
