I have tried dvpeg running dos 3.X -> 6.22
As well as windows 3.1 -> WinME
It has worked wonderfully for me. I find it a useful tool
10 years after its creation.

version dvpeg30e was written 11/29/93

version dvsimple was written 4/10/95
the simple version is a JPEG only viewer
