It is in the ScanGraphics and Elsner & Flake libraries. Probably the E&F version is the best one to get at the moment. Any version of it can be hard to find in the US, but try contacting FontHaus, PrecisionType, or FontShop Canada. Neue Lutherische Fraktur comes in three weights: regular, mdium, and display. It cannot be praised too highly. Bill. .
