an action or situation in which an individual is involved contrary to the ideals and best interests of his group. An act or situation or relationship contrary to the ethics standards, codes or ideals of
the group or other members of the group. An act of omission or commission by an individual that could or has reduced the general effectiveness of a group or its other members.
