One expects an educated person to be able to accomplish certain things in the subject he is educated in. He should be able to accomplish the actions and results that are taught in the subject.   4. the activity of relaying an idea or an action from one being to another, in such a way as not to stultify or inhibit the use thereof and that's about all it is. You could add to it that it permits, then, the other fellow to think on this subject and develop. (SH Spec 33, 6408C04)
