CONTINUOUS MISSED WITHHOLD
  1. a continuous missed withhold occurs when a person feels some way and anyone who sees him misses it.

    Example:

a doctor feels very unconfident of his skill.
Every patient who sees him misses the fact that he is not confident.
This reacts as a missed withhold.
It is of course based upon some bad incident that destroyed his confidence (usually of an engramic intensity). (HCOB 15 Dec 73)
