YOU MUST NEVER, NEVER, NEVER HAVE YOUR METER IN A POSITION WHERE
THE PRECLEAR CAN READ THE TA.

To do so can cause the pc to worry about his TA position and take
his attention off his case.

It violates Clause 17 of the Auditor's Code.
