6. The 'Lists Rundowns' - File 2 of 2
The "L" Rundowns are also super-secret - of course. People pay $1000 per hour (yes, that's one thousand US dollars per hour, not a typing error!) to be audited on these. You go in as an ordinary human being and you come out
as a super-thetan, or something like that. Well, before you buy this product, you better read 'The diary of a dying OT7'. [The Intro's are by Andreas Heldal-Lund]

L-11 Intro
This is where you remove all barriers from yourself. This is where you
become a super-thetan. This is where you discover the insidious
mechanism that causes you to hold yourself back and not be
super-powerful. And pigs might fly! I am afraid it is the corny old
implants again. There is supposed to be an "Implant to Harm" which once
removed returns to a person their super-powers. Yawn! What is
interesting about it to me is that it contains a process that was
designed for somebody who had gone crazy during their auditing. Well
since Hubbard regarded all cases as being the same he included it in L11
and applied it to everybody.
L11 Theory
YE ANCIENTE "ELLY LEVEN" WITH A NEW VIEWPOINT!
PART TW0
The theory of this rundown is that:
a. Man is basically good,
b. That when faced with doing evil that Man restrains himself and limits or lowers his power/cause level,
c. That long ago on the wholetrack, evil persons (originally said to be "psychs") implanted people with evil purposes. Such an implant is referred to in this rundown as an "Implant to Harm", as these implants embedded commands to do something harmful.
d. That when an Implant to Harm gets keyed in, the person has the choice of dramatizing it (i.e., committing the harmful act), or, suppressing the dramatization (and himself). But in any event, because the person has an impulse to do something evil or harmful, he tends to consider himself harmful or evil and thus tends to restrain himself generally.
e. If the person dramatizes the Implant to Harm, he commits overts and becomes more susceptible to the Implant being restimulated and dramatized again in the future.
f. Subsequently, the person will probably form an evil purpose of his own and commit overts as a result. These overts form a chain on that evil purpose. There is usually one such evil purpose and chain of overts on any case, or one major one (most dramatized).
g. Although the person formed that evil purpose himself and is [?]

This is a standard step for all pcs on this rundown.
1. Please read HC0B 21 Jan AD10, JUSTIFICATION.
2. Clear the word "Justification" -- not just the limited meaning of justifying 0/Ws, but the full sense of the word.
3. Then write an essay on how it applies to your life.
4. Turn the essay in.
L11 Result
As the beginnings of what is handled on this rundown are early on the track and as there is considerable restraint imposed on the being by himself to prevent himself from committing overts or from dramatizing an evil purpose/impulse, there is considerable gain in a relatively short period of auditing hours.
Having a "New Life" or a "New Viewpoint" describe the result.
The usual time for this rundown is less than 12 1/2 hours.
Prerequisites
Ability IV expanded and not in need of a DRD. (It can be done on pcs lower than that, but it takes much longer and it is better if the pc is an Ability IV or above.)
L11 NEW VIEWPOINT RUNDOWN
The rundown was originally developed to resolve extreme cases of psychosis or people in psychotic breaks. The first step in such a case would be rest, food, even mild sedatives to get the person destimulated enough to audit.
The first auditing actions undertaken might be only a GF or CS 53 to further cool it off, then the rundown goes for blood. CS Series 37R is assessed and handled per the issues. While the EP (stated) is an FN'ing flows assessment, if there were to be a big cognition on the subject of continuing or something to do with that that showed it no longer to be a problem or real particular lack of interest, in going further with it, it, would be considered to be complete. It also seems to have a marked influence on TA position and has been known to help resolve chronic low TA's.
Following 37R, the person is given a copy of HCOB 21 Jan, 1960, JUSTIFICATION and asked to read it, and write an essay on how it has applied (or may have applied) to his/her life. This is a restimulative action and helps to open up the case even further.
At this juncture. the pc is asked for an IMPLANT TO HARM which is then Date/Located and should result in blows. Following this, GENERAL OW is run. If the person is stuck in some psychosis, an EVIL PURPOSE will "explosively" blow into view. If a purpose doesn't, it is run to a general EP.
If no Ev Purp comes off in 0W, you would then L & N for it. The following actions are routinely undertaken with ev purps encountered at this level and above: It is Date/Located to blows and then a 2WC - WHAT PROGRESS HAVE YOU MADE IN ATTAINING THAT PURPOSE?, (or a variant of this) is done to blow off further considerations and free the purpose up to leave. These are the routine steps of NEW VIEWPOINT.
In a later HCOB, CS'ING FLAG RUNDOWNS, an expanded step was added which is: a) CAUSE PA (Program Assessment), CAUSE RA (Results Assessment) and then a Date/Locate to blows of each of the 37R items. This completes New Viewpoint as a rundown.
While other organizations know to us sell this as a minimum of two intensives to complete, it is a fairly short action which averages less than half an intensive. I think it's an excellent "set-up" for CAUSE and in C/S'ING FLAG RUNDOWNS, is given as the first of these rundowns. Arbitrarily, in that issue, they are done: NEW VIEWPOINT, EXTROVERSION and then CAUSE, although each has its own results and can be done entirely separately from the others.
L 12 Intro
There are two "identity assessment" lists here. The one with the
"unicorn" in it is not the correct version. However it might as well be
for all the use the real one is so it is included for the sake of
completion. The rest is about neutralising beams and the good old body
thetans make a comeback in this rundown.

STEP SIX: IDENTITY ASSESSMENT LIST
Assess the subject of the group M6. The word is called or shouted
very accusatively with the auditor looking directly into the PC's
eyes. The meter read is noted. This word is called to RESTIMULATE
the group; then the other items of the group are asked as
questions M5. The identities of one group are handled in order of
size of read. Then continue on with the next group, etc. When the
whole list is handled, reassess from the beginning and handle
each item as it comes up, taking slowed or checked F/N's as
reads. Handle to persistent F/N on the whole list. Check at the
end of each group if any beingness that was restimulated by the
accusative identity was not on the list.
Handle each identity with the same technique as is used on the
L12 LX Rundown. See TECHNICAL BULLETIN 29 July 1984 ISSUE III L

EXTROVERSION -- STEP THREE
DEFINITION OF BEAMS:
(Tape, 7 Jun. 1971 - BRIEFING TO CLASS 10's AND CS'S).
A new phenomena - "THETANS GO AROUND ZAPPING THETANS AS THEY HAVE DONE FOR A VERY LONG TINE, BUT BECAUSE THETANS CAN'T SEE THETANS VERY WELL, PARTICULARLY THETANS WHO DON'T HAVE BANKS, PRETTY INVISIBLE, THEY TAKE IT OUT ON BODIES; AND YOU'LL FIND THIS FAMILIAR. IT'S MUCH MORE PREVELANT AMONGST FAMILIES, ALTHOUGH YOU DO GET IT ELSEWHERE."
"WHAT THEY DO IS ZAP SOMEBODY. AND THEY CAN PUT OUT A BEAM WHICH EITHER HAS BEEN PUT OUT AND PUT OUT AND PUT OUT AND PUT OUT, IN THE CASE OF A FAMILY UNTIL BOY; IS THIS A BEAM TO END ALL BEANS, OR IT'S JUST A MOMENTARY BEAM - THUD, BAP."
"THE WAVELENGTH OF ENERGY IS SOMEWHERE IN THE VIClNITY OF 1 X 10^-13,000 centimeters." (High above Ultra-Violet).
"THE REST OF THE CHARGE WILL BE FOUND THERE IN A KILLING INTENTION, OR AN INTENTION TO HARM IN SOME FASHION OR ANOTHER, EXPRESSED AS A STANDING WAVE OF ELECTRICITY AGAINST THE OTHER PERSONS BODY."
"THIS IS A 'LOOK' PROCESS." (Not trying to "run" it).
It's a shame that this tape isn't available, but this is the essence of the beam theory and step. It may seen pretty SciFi, but it is quite workable and the pc will have immediate gain and benefit from it.

1. Repair of past D/L's.
2. D/L of pressure areas.
3. Preliminary past identity (previously found ones).
4. Step 2, Past Identities
5. Beams
L-12 Steps
L12-1 (Preliminary}
A. Any date/locate not fully blown (can use the assessment stops)
B. Anything dated but not located (can use the assessment steps)
C. Has there been any dating/locating of SOMATICS? PRESSURE AREAS? or UPSETS? not fully blown (Can use the assessment steps), or Re-date / Re-locate: On 0T III/above, Incident II's/I's. Also on a III/above add:
D. Any cluster Date/located but not fully blown?
E. Any cluster not fully handled?
