RULES CONCERNING CHILDREN/CADETS
AT CEDARS

There has been an ever increasing amount of traffic from children and cadets running around the Cedar's complex, in direct non compliance to the Commodore's intentions for PAC. Early LRH data on the subject of young people and Scientology organizations states, "One doesn't mix ... kids into the waiting and auditing rooms of Orgs", and then to be even further pinpointed in his despatch of 17 Oct 76, "There are to be o children at Cedars. None." In order to omply with the above the following rules are laid down and are to be immediately complied with and enforced:

1. All PAC staff children are to be either under the direct supervision of the CEO or to be on staff with the Cadet Org. They are to be housed onIy at the Hollywood Inn or the Fountain Building or by special arrangements made by parents to be off base.
2. No young person whatsoever is to be in the Complex or on its grounds at any time unless accompanied by their parents. The only exception is those Cadets who are on watch. These Cadets are recognized by their uniforms.
3. Pulic should be discouraged from bringing their children to the Cedars complex. Children may not accompany their parents to Cedars when their parents are either going on course or into session.
4. Children without their parents with them may not play in the areas surrounding the Complex proper.

The above rules are to be gotten in and enforced by all PAC parents, Org MAAs, PAC Security Guards, PAC staff and all public. Th Cadets on Watch and the Cadet Co-ordinator also have specific responsibilities in enforcing these rules.

The PAC Scientology organizations have a vital responsibility and nothing must be allowed to enter in which would distract or serve to slow the rapid attainment of the goals and purposes of their orgs. That is the reason for these rules.
