SEA ORGANIZATION 6 January 1968 FLAG ORDER 354 SEA ORG CHILDREN Sea Org children are crew. When new they have the rank of Swamper. When more experienced they have the rank of Deckhand or Steward. They must be separately berthed from student and other children. They have a uniform allowance. They are senior to and take charge of student and guest children who must obey them.
