You can use Nero to burn .bin files. just open up the .cue file in notepad or similiar program and read what it says. It will say something like mode 1/2352. Open up Nero in the file menu go to burn image. Select the .bin file and enter the mode and block size that you found in the .cue file. There are two check boxes at the bottom (swapped and scrambled). Check both of them. These make sure the sectors are written in the right order. Then click OK and then your ready to write.
